No16 Ada

The location of this hotel is perfect, 10 minutes walk from the ferry station. It is located in a historic building, that was the main reason why we selected it. Our room had a balcony, which was a nice feature, I think in summer it is especially valuable. We did not mind "special" toilet arrangement with no walls, for a short stay or singular stay it is OK. Breakfast was served on the 1st floor and was good, we enjoyed it.

What we think can be improved is bed. We found matrass very uncomfortable and bed size was barely enough for 2 adult people. Additionally some storage facilities are needed.

Magnificent traditional property. Clean, good size rooms with an excellent bathroom. Really tasty breakfast.

The stay at this hotel was an amazing experience. The hotel and the rooms are very beautiful, although the original old and vintage feeling of the hotel is preserved, the furniture and appliances inside are new and well taken care of. The rooms are clean, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The bathroom is located inside the room, which is unusual, but it did not cause any problems and only added to the interesting experience. Overall this was one of the best experiences I had in hotels.

We had a very pleasant 5-day holiday at No 16 Ada. Our host was extremely helpful, very pleasant and made us feel at home. The Turkish breakfast was outstanding. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. Büyükada is a great location for a brief autumn holiday, nice walks, good restaurants, interesting old houses in the main town, good and very affordable ferry connection to Istanbul, that run late into the evening.

Despite the following minor points our stay was great. The place for storing clothes etc. in the room was quite limited. The bathroom/toilet was not fully separated from the room and the plumbing could be up-graded to reduce the occasional smell of waste water when using the sink.

I had the best time at this little hotel! The hosts were wonderful and always trying to improve my stay. I stayed in the small corner room and it was clean and the morning light in there was amazing. There are fruit trees under the windows and breakfasts in the garden! Will recommend this place to all of my family and friends!

This guesthouse run by a very nice family and we received a very warm welcome. The building, the area around the house and our room were beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. Location is perfect, the house is away from the busy area but still very close to everything. It was very quiet at night and we had a great rest. Also I should mention the breakfast - it was great Turkish style breakfast, take your time and enjoy! I can highly recommend No16 if you are looking for a place to stay in Adalar. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back!

It was a very cute and well located house. The staff were exceptionally helpful during our stay and very kind. The breakfast was generous and delicious. We would definitely recommend this stay, good value for money!
