The location of the property was close to everything.

Great stay.

Have stayed at this particular property several times. One reason has been for the breakfast. But during our last stay the breakfast was really unpleasant. Super crowded, no place to sit, running out of food, cutlery, dishes, plies of dirty dishes. The place was mobbed. Not nice.

This stay was a mixed bag. The hotel is very clean, room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Pillows were too soft for me but Guest Services sent up additional. pillows. (I had requested extra pillows at the time of reservation but they were not in the room) The cons: Free breakfast was a debacle. Not enough food - serving trays were often empty. Ran out of dishes, flatware and i couldn’t find napkins. Weekdays breakfast ended at 9 which I thought was too early, especially considering one had to stand around and wait for food and utensils to come out. I brought my Paul Mitchell hair dryer with me. I bring it on every trip. It blew the room fuse twice; once when plugged in to bathroom and once plugged in to outlet in dressing area outside the bathroom. This was totally unacceptable and very frustrating. Water bottle in the room was $6. It was $5.50 for a Dasani in the shop in the lobby. The lighting in the bathroom and dressing area was terrible. I had a difficult time applying makeup - bathroom lights were barely adequate. The light in the dressing area was overhead but behind me so putting on makeup was impossible. I really wanted to love this hotel and my first impression was quite good. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. The reality was 2.5 stars.
