Parties or gatherings are not allowed. More guests than those registered in the reservation are not allowed. If you wish to do so, you must inform the host since we have an extra cost per person, always respecting the limit number of people admitted to the room. We have certified personnel, however, if you want the cleaning service, it is important that you keep your valuable belongings in the safe, otherwise we will not be responsible for any missing items. If the towels are used inappropriately as mats or are stained with makeup, shoe grease, blood or any other substance that is difficult to remove, a charge of 400 Mexican pesos will be applied. If similar stains appear on the sheets, duvets or even the mattress, a charge of 600 pesos will be made for each damaged piece. The terrace is a communal area available 7 am to 10 pm every day.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Un gran lugar para estancias largas!"

El lugar está lindísimo, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Tiene una ubicación privilegiada si necesitas estar en Polanco o alrededores porque te puedes mover caminando. La atención es de primera!! siempre tienes apoyo de los conserjes y también limpieza. Es muy muy amplio y perfecto para una estancia larga.

El único tema que hay que considerar es que al estar en un lugar céntrico en Polanco, los jueves, viernes y sábados hay un poco de ruido, hay un bar o algún restaurante cerca y en las noches esos días si se siente la bulla hasta la madrugada. Hay música muy alta y se escucha a la gente hablando. Nada estridente pero si necesitas completo silencio para descansar, esos días no lo vas a tener. A mi no me molestó mucho y pude descansar bien.

"Buena ubicación , pero sin aire en habitaciones"

Ubicación muy buena y edificio moderno

No tienen aire acondicionado las habitaciones , hace un calor brutal , y la habitación 2 da contra el pasillo y d ala luz , no es muy cómodo para dormir

"LA JOYITA DE POLANCO! UBICACIÓN IDEAL! IMPERDIBLE"

Cabe resaltar que M123 tiene un personal impecable !! El chico joven es lo máximo!! El manager de seguridad vino inmediatamente a facilitarnos la apertura de la caja de seguridad. Tiene Aire Acondicionado en el living que llega perfectamente el frío al dormitorio principal. El personal tan atento! 10/10 ! La ubicación es PER FEC TA!! Al lado resto para cebar. Todos los servicios. La Iglesia San Agustín de Polanco es muy cerquita. Fuimos caminando. Sin dudas lo recomiendo en un 100% Y reconozco q soy exigente y es un 10/10! Para repetir son dudas!!

Todo me gustó!! Excelente desde el servicio hasta la habitación muy cómoda y amplia! Ubicación sublime! 10/10 !!
