Amazon Mykonos Resort & Spa

They broke my luggage bringing it to the room. They also so replaced it. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Especially the front office. Wven the cleaning ladies catered to my needs. Lovely spot.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. View from our room was amazing. Food was excellent. Complimentary ride to and from the airport was very much appreciated.

Pros: New facility, great view from most rooms, restaurant was very nice and breakfast excellent. Staff mostly tried hard. Cons: They claim this is a 5 star place so it shouldn't have:Terrible diesel fumes from a generator all over the place. A 5 star hotel doesn't have you sit and wait while a group of others that arrived on the same shuttle is checked in by one person and there is another person available. An oiled stained concrete drive leads to the rooms. Some extremely tacky interior design to the point of being embarassing. Expedia, I ended up paying for my "free" Platinum room upgrade and the place was mostly empty. A serious lack of 5 star servise at the spa, frankly rude. A 7:30 AM scheduled departure to the airport shouldn't mean 7:45 because another guest is running late. These are training issues that could be overlooked at if you'r not claiming 5 stars. A nice place but it generally lacks charm. A long ways to go to be 5 Stars.

Very quite and good views

This hotel was one of the highlights of my trip. It was absolutely stunning and clean. The service, and staff was impeccable. I know where to stay if I come back for sure!

We had an great week at the Amazon in September. The views from the hotel are incredible particularly at sun set!! The hotel feels really luxurious but relaxed and the staff were so polite and helpful!

Really liked the property and its staff. There wasnt much around the property so it was a little expensive paying taxis to transport to town.

We enjoyed the check-in process and welcome to the hotel. The staff was very helpful with giving recommendations and helped with booking restaurant reservations. It’s also in a quieter area of Mykonos, which we appreciated. With that said, it isn’t walking distance to many places. However, the staff was very helpful with arranging transportation. A couple things we noticed that can be improved: 1) the room cleaning: some towels that we used were not removed from the room the entire stay. This was very odd as they were obviously needing to be removed 2) no shower caps in the room when we entered, but the staff gave them upon request (and more than one) 3) there should be more sleeping pillows, rather than decorative pillows. There was only one sleeping pillow per person 4) the pools are not heated, so makes them less enticing to use

We had an amazing time at this resort. Staff were very friendly and kind. We really liked the breakfast buffet and the view from our room. Staff was very helpful as well in helping us book an atv and answering our questions. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family.

The staff at Amazon is outstanding! Their customer service is on point . If you need anything I.e reservations, room service , housekeeping needs they respond immediately. The location is awesome and sunsets are magical!
