"Good"

They gave my room to a different family and we ended up staying in 2 different room instead of one suit room. Which was disappointing. We booked 1 month in advance and paid in full to get a particular room for my family. The entire stay they didn’t gave us the room we booked , instead we had a room with no view. Not acceptable

The hotel is lovely just the island has little to speak for and location is remote. Hate the fact that one needa a car. It is not walkable and beaches are tiny with gravels not sands.

"Loved the hotel! "

Beautiful hotel that seems to be brand new even if it is already 5 years old. The staff are very friendly and they provided, as Hotels.com customers, with an up-grade in service by giving us a 20% one time discount in the restaurant and a free spa service.

"Lovely location but service levels need improving"

Lovely location but the in room offering is really basic no vanity kits or anything other than shower gel and shampoo of which they are not very generous with.

These accommodations were amazing! Christina took very good care of us, was informative on restaurants and activities. She was wonderful! The hotel was very clean and so beautiful and of course the views were astonishing. At the pool side, Spiros was a blast! He knows how to show guests a great time. I give this hotel a 10/10!!

My wife and I went on our honeymoon and stayed at this resort for 5 days for our stay in Greece. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing sea side view in a beautiful room. The breakfast was delicious and definitely one of our favorite things about our stay! We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Mykonos
