Very welcoming friendly and helpful

Niki was very accommodating! We had a lovely stay, it was very comfortable and cozy. They made us feel very welcome and our room was very spacious and clean!

No real complaints besides it was a little icy in the parking lot, but that's common for all places this time of year

Staff, Nikki was efficient and delightful

Poor quality pillows and towels. otherwise it was clean and nicely decorated. Having the microwave and refrigerator were a bonus for me. Parking was convenient, and the bathroom is large. I will be coming back next year.

The text I received from the management were rude We arrive late so it was a self check-in. And the power was out at the motel and came back on shortly after we arrived. I texted the management. Me, “We can’t seem to get the lights to turn on in our room” “I wish you would’ve let me know and we would’ve stayed somewhere else.” Management, “The entire town is out of power. There’s nothing I could do.” Me, “They just went back on” This is a text I received back management, “How am I supposed to know that the power is gonna go out it just went back on. What am I a power reader like I’m gonna I’m gonna predict that the power’s gonna go out like come on?” And this is the text. I received the next morning after we checked out from the management. “Thank you so much for not closing the room door all the way and now the floor is covered with leaves. Appreciate that!” Me, “I shut the door tight. I’m sorry if your doors don’t shut properly.” Management , “Apparently not and the doors shut just fine ma’am. They have a weather seal around them. Have a blessed day.” It’s an old motel that needs some updating and we were well aware of that. What we were not aware of was the how rude the management was via text. I’m hoping they would never say that to a customer’s face.
