Audrey the lady who welcomed us was exceptional, great welcome and very friendly. Sonny our game driver was excellent 👌 she knows the game lodges like the back of her hand and the information she has about the animals is very good. Thank you to both ladies they made our stay unforgettable. Worth booking again😍

We had a bat in our room very scary in the early hours of this morning but we were in their environment not surprising and all is well.

Located perfectly in the Dinokeng Reserve. The room overlooking nature is absolutely stunning. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for a complete home stay. Beautiful concept! The Jacuzzi was a winner for us.

Unfortunately the bed wasn’t comfortable, the mattress was hard, no sheets are provided only the duvet. The cleanliness was not of good standard. Understandable it is a bush location but the room requires deep cleaning for comfort stay and relaxing.

Host was excellent and very friendly. Great privacy at chalet.

Decor.

Booked for a 10 Year wedding anniversary, Pre-requested a ready and heated jacuzzi and champagne - arrived to a Mud brown dirty and cold Jacuzzi, fridge smelling of rotten meat and no champagne. Staff member at the front was very friendly and did her best but its badly managed and this is not the first bad experience had. Sent an email to the owner of which only recieved a response days later. Just not up to the standard that's being charged.

I loved the Jacuzzi and the opening from bedroom to outside - all open plan.

The kitchen utensils were dusty, the pots and pans were rusted - other than that all OK The fridge was dirty with the ice still frosted in freezer
