"The place is beautiful and serene the only thing that bothered me were the towels I think they have been used for over 2"

The staff was welcoming and hands on, they explained almost everything to the latter. The chalet had the privacy that we needed

The towels were old they had stains and are so dry. There were some white things (like webs) in the toilet and the ceiling fans to show that they don’t really use feather dusters when cleaning

Outdoor jacuzzi is top. The lodge looks very beautiful, the bed linen and towels are very new and fresh. The lodge has a braai and a very cozy boma.

The ranger of the game drive, organized by the hotel was really bad. He just drove around very fast and couldn’t even spot the giraffes.
