The property was filthy, the twin beds (base and mattress) had clear black mould, there was dirt and grime everywhere, along with all the bedding obviously uncleaned and used. There was what appeared to be bodily fluid stains on the master bed. All kitchenware was unclean and dirty. The instructions for access were long winded and hard to follow, with the host only communicating outside of Booking.com. The building itself felt unsafe as the external door didn’t close and was also filthy. I reported this to both the host and booking and the host has been unresponsive. Worst experience I have had as of yet!

Large open apartment. Close to town centre Lovely firm bed.

Despite several emails/Whatsapp, check in was strange. Host was located in a building about 150m away, as were the keys etc Better information needed

Good location away from busy festival

Beds comfy and clean, bathrooms clean, rest of the apartment was filthy, kitchen with food crumbs everywhere, garbage can not emptied from previous renters, balcony filthy with cigarette butts everywhere
