The place was beautiful. I am not going to take that away from it.

What I didn't like is that we had to go out of our way to pay the owner. They made us go look for where they are living to pay them for the stay when I originally asked 5 times to just charge me through booking. I understand you wanted the cash but then come pick it up yourself That was for the first time we stayed there. We traveled to Girardot for 2 days and we loved the apartment so much we decided to come back to the same location for our last day in Bogota. Now this is what ruined my stay in this apt. Not only we had no water for an entire 24 hours. They KNEW about this situation and forgot to mention it to us. The payment this time we told them we didn't have a car anymore so they wanted to do a transfer from Davivienda so since I am NOT a resident in Colombia I didn't have such thing. I had to call a friend in New York to please do the transfer for me, which was totally embarrassing. The owner claimed it didn't go through so we were stuck with AGAIN going to their residence and dropping off the money, to only find out 2 hours later by a call from my friend that it did go through. So NOW 20 days later I am still fighting with this owner to give me back the extra payment that they received. It is getting to the point that now they are ignoring us and I had to pay my friend because it wasn't his fault that he let me borrow his Colombian bank account. And this apartment was NOT worth double the price! Like, PAY ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!

Well furnished with all the amenities needed and good service. They were really helpful at all times and helped us with every detail. Will book again.
