Convenient location, easy check in great communication and very clean

Lamps through out would of been better and lower colour temp

Proximity to shops, river etc was great, clean and tidy apartment. Staff at check in was lovely.

Not suitable for a family, Don’t recommend staying there on a Friday or Saturday night as the cafe:restaurant downstairs turns into a pub/club type atmosphere. The accomm quarters is small but we could hear people running up and down stairs for majority of the night, The lounge was too small - could only fit 2 people. Needed more towels for the room. Steep stairs up to rooms, not suitable for those with additional needs. Staff at checkout made me wait while others in restaurant were ordering their meals. I had to remind them I was there to check out. They literally grabbed the key off me and that was it. Underwhelming customer experience sadly,

It’s really beautiful, relaxing place to stay. Spacious and comfortable and in a great location.

The stairs are a little tricky with heavy luggage but it’s worth the effort for such beautiful apartments
