A beautiful apartment close to the Zakynthos town centre right in front of the beach, spacious, new, has everything that is needed. Amazing value for the money. We stayed as 2 couples and both had a relaxing holiday with everything that we needed. Our host Dimitris was an absolute star. He contacted me in the morning of our arrival to confirm the time we will be the apartment, met and greet us, provided us with an extensive list of places to visit, restaurants to eat and beaches to see. He was also very quick to resolve and issue with the AC on a few occasions and helped us to print our tickets free of charge. I wish all hosts and accommodation to be of the same quality as B4B Sea'n'city. All 4 of us that stayed in the apartment were left were happy with it.

There seems to be an issue with the AC but it could be more of a general issue with electrics and our host Dimitris was very quick to help to resolve this issue. The AC is new and installed in each room, so definitely it was not a fault of the owner.

Proximity to the sea and to the town center. Modern design. Very good air conditioners. Always possible to find a parking slot. Spacious apartment. Friendly and customer oriented cleaning staff.

Many basic utensils were missing in the kitchen: cutting board, tea spoons, glasses, tea cups, tea pot, good knife, cans for sugar, coffee etc. Napkins, sponges, kitchen towels were also missing. The apartment is located on the ground floor which makes it hardly possible to enjoy the sea view in the mornings - because of the baking sun, and in the evenings - because of many vehicles passing by very close to the terrace. if you plan to spend much time on the terrace, please make sure to book another apartment on the upper floor. The property owners “forget” to mention in the descriptions that the ground floor apartment is only separated from the sea by a very populated road. There is some sound-proofing but not enough to block the sound of the cars and bikes driving by in the night. The sewage in the apartment bathrooms was an issue. One evening we had to wait for a plumber because sewage water started to go into the rooms. We had a table booked in a restaurant but instead we had to call the property manager who was not very responsive, and wait for help to come. The problem was fixed later on the same evening. We didn’t have any compensation for the inconvenience, such as a discount, or even an apology!
