The place was great - clean, nice layout, comfortable space

The beds weren't very comfortable - esp the sofa bed!

Lot of stars, not good for siniors people No AC, very hot in the upper floors. Beds are too small. No one to get help if neaded

Fantastic location as it was very close to the village but still peaceful and (generally) quiet at night. The condo was bright and clean had a fully equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable as were the sofas. It was great to have laundry in the suite, and a good dishwasher. Convenient (and FREE!) parking was fantastic. The grounds and flowing water in the lagoons were lovely and beautifully cared for. We would definitely stay here again!

The biggest problem was only having one key and fob between 4 of us staying in the suite. This made logistics much trickier. Another annoyance was not receiving enough dishwasher detergent pods or hand soap to last us for a week-long stay. We only were given 3 dishwasher pods and 2 very small hand soaps. We just made it through the week with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, but there could have been a couple more rolls. Not having an elevator made shlepping our bags and gear from the car park up into the suite quite a work-out. The drawers under the two twin beds were very dusty and fell apart when we pulled them (so we didn't use them) out. The bike storage cages in the underground parking lot were far too crowded and could use more spaces for adequate bike lock-up. The recycling/ garbage room was a real mess with recycling thrown in a huge heap on the floor. More organisation needed!

No air conditioning, our unit was upper and was ridiculously hot. Would never stay there again in the summer.

We love the location! We enjoy the hot tub and pool area.

We had maintenance issues again during this stay. The washing machine broke. There were lights out and flickering. The room was not stocked for a week stay. It only had one garbage bag and a few dishwasher tablets. I called to get more, and they did bring them once they talked to a manager. I didn’t see why I need to go buy garbage bags or dishwasher tablets! Thankfully they eventually agreed and brought us more items.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of 5 who were out skiing all day.
