The travel time from Emden Ferry Port to Borkum Island is approximately 130 minutes, including a ride on the Island’s Inselbahn (train). Guests can leave their cars at Emden Ferry Port, which has a large car park. Please note that your credit card will not be charged by this site at any time. Das Frühstück war hervorragend - es fehlte an Nichts!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und ganz unkompliziert und die Lage ist perfekt vom Bahnhof bestens zu erreichen.

"Gute Lage, aber völlig überteuert und stark renovierungsbedürftig"

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage, die Haustierfreundlichkeit und das wirklich sehr freundliche Personal. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, wenn auch nichts Besonderes.

Die Zimmer sind für den aufgerufenen Preis von rund 200 € pro Nacht schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Unser Zimmer war extrem klein und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Platzverhältnisse waren so beengt, dass man kaum aneinander vorbeigehen konnte. Das Waschbecken war ungewöhnlich niedrig angebracht (etwa auf Kniehöhe), die Matratze war deutlich durchgelegen und sorgte für keinen erholsamen Schlaf. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass uns trotz unserer Hinweise auf die Mängel kein anderes oder besseres Zimmer angeboten wurde. Für den verlangten Preis stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Freundliches Personal allein kann die gravierenden Defizite bei Zimmerqualität, Komfort und Lärmbelastung nicht ausgleichen. Keine Empfehlung.

Die Lage, Personal & das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Da können wir nicht meckern.

Einfach für das Geld, ein sehr runter gekommendes Hotel. Wir konnten jedes Wort von den Nachbarn mithören und jeden Schritt von anderen Gästen mitbekommen da Holzdecken vorhanden sind. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Fühlt sich wie abzocke an.
