Climatisation et télévision dans la chambre. Ajout d'un deuxième sachet de café pour le matin. Réparer le support de papier de toilette. Lorsque l'on demande une chambre au rez-de chaussé, on n'offre pas le sous-sol... Prix exagéré pour le niveau d'aménagement de la chambre.
CAIt is well situated.
It’s clear that this place was once quite impressive, but it seems that the motel side has been largely neglected. You check in at the restaurant, even though there’s a separate entrance for the motel. The rooms lack air conditioning, TV, which is manageable for comfort, but at $177 per night, it doesn't justify the cost. The price is simply too high for what we receive!
No soap or shampoo available in the room. Staff don't care about you, as they run the bar and hotel and we felt as we were disturbing them. Customer service is to be improved both check-in and check-out from 2 different staff members.
