The location was great, near the beach and the main pedestrian streets, and the apartment was spacious and good facilities inside

Mainly, we informed the host that we will arrive by 2:30 pm. Their automated message said check in is at 3 pm, but the host said no its at 4 but they will try to make it ready as soon as possible, we arrived at 3pm there was no one cleaning but the cleaning tools left in the apartment, when i asked they said thats normal, and will be done soon, and at the end the apartment was ready at 4:30 which is even after checkin time. The couch and dining table were old and need to change, and the last stairs floor was hard to get up to if you have very large luggages. we were able to manage as we knew there will be last floor stairs but didn’t expect it to be wood floor and swirling.

The apartments are great, but we have experience major stress upon check-in, as no one was replying messages/phone calls and no code was sent to us until shortly before check-in

There is a phone mentioned as available for help 24/7 and the response was terrible! It takes hours to get an answer - regardless of whether via WhatsApp, calls or messages here. Moreover, we were somewhat irritated over 250€ deposit being returned only 2 weeks after check-out

Locația apartamentului, terase chiar și în fata blocului, apartamentul mare, cu tot ce ai nevoie. Patul matrimonial foarte confortabil.

Canapeaua extensibila este cam micuță pentru 2 persoane. Geamurile dau către o curte interioară unde era depozitat si gunoiul așa că noi nu am putut lăsa geamul deschis pt a aerisi.

Der Kontakt im Vorfeld war vorbildlich. Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, so dass man zwischen Sightseeing auch einmal nach Hause und entspannen kann. Fenster brachten nicht viel, weil ansonsten von anderen Wohnungen alles eingesehen werden konnte, aber Klima war ok oder nachts mit gekippten Fenster. Bad und Dusche sehr geräumig. Küche top mit Nespresso und einigen Kapseln. Grundausstattung Bettwäsche , Handtücher (2 pro Person) und ein Küchenhandtuch vorhanden. Sehr früher Check wurde ermöglicht. Gegenüber gleich Restaurants, Supermarkt. Gepäckaufbewahrung (Bounce) ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Zur U-Bahn Metro Terreiro do Paço ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Wenn wir wieder in Lissabon sind, würde ich dieses Appartement wieder buchen.

Wir hatten einen kostenlosen Transfer vom Flughafen zur Wohnung. Der Fahrer kam erst nach ca. 1 Stunde Verspätung, war extrem unfreundlich, beschallte uns mit orientalischer Musik und lies uns an der falschen Wohnung raus. Da wir dort gleich in die geöffnete Tür gingen, fiel es es uns leider nicht sofort auf, dass sich die Wohnung nicht in diesem Haus befand. Wir mussten noch ca. 2,5 Kilometer per Fuß und Gepäck zur anderen Wohnung laufen. Das war extrem ärgerlich. Wir gehen aber davon aus, dass die Schuld nicht beim Fahrer lag, sondern an der Organisation der Fahrt.

Poderia ter uma máquina de lavar roupa já que o apto é bem grande, e em relação a segurança as vezes a porta principal estava aberta
