Mooi en proper appartement. Dichtbij het centrum en de Taag. Ideale uitvalsbasis om enkele dagen Lissabon.

Enige minpuntje maar tevens ook een pluspunt was. De vele restaurants in de straat net onder het appartement kunnen wel voor een beetje lawaai zorgen…maar je moet niet ver wandelen om lekker te eten 😋.

The location of the apartment is as central as it gets, very close to Praça do Comércio, on a pedestrian street with a couple of good restaurants. Despite the central location, it’s not noisy at all. The apartment itself is excellent: high ceilings, nice furniture, recently renovated, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom.

On the downside, the sofa bed, although double, is a bit narrow for two people, and the mattress is very thin and tends to sink in the middle, making it quite uncomfortable. The floor was also sticky, as if a sugary drink had been spilled, not just in one area, but throughout the apartment. Perhaps there was an issue with the cleaning service that day. The rest of the apartment was clean, but the stickiness of the floor persisted throughout our four-day stay.

Amplio apartamento con ascensor. Muy buena ubicación. Se puede ir andando al centro y tiene muy cerca el metro y otros transportes públicos.

Echamos en falta algún utensilio más de limpieza como escoba, fregona o bayetas.

Excelente ubicación, amplitud, limpieza.

El apartamento muy céntrico.

Le faltan armarios . La parte de arriba que es buhardilla no es cómoda.

Posizione comodissima, economico e pulito. Consigliato ma attenti che c'è la cauzione

Ci sono 200 euro di cauzione che poi mi hanno ridato ma non sono abituato a questo approccio. Ricevere le chiavi è stato piu lento del previsto perchè ci mettono un pò a rispondere ma tutto bene.
