Air conditioning didn't work. Thermostat at 66 but temperature at 73. Air conditioner sounded like a jet plane all night. Bathroom sink took 30 minutes to drain. Water pressure in shower was nonexistent. Breakfast was by far the worst we have experienced. Eggs were not edible. Very few choices. Breakfast area dirty and most items were empty.

Spent one night there while driving to our destination. Hotel was clean and met our expectations. We traveled with a pet and it was nice to be able to go for walks near the hotel.

Staff was attentive and quick when we asked for something, such as pool towels, more coffee/food during breakfast. Room could be a bit cleaner, furniture was very dusty and shower wasn't very clean. Something that can be better is maybe serving different breakfast options each day. There was a variety of food to eat but same menu everyday.

Stayed there for 3 nights, easy to get to places. Not too far from water parks and restaurants. Breakfast could be a bit better, same food for 3 days in a row during our stay.

Rooms are real nice and beds are comfy. We spent the day at Land of Natura so not sure the kids will want to swim but we shall see.
