OYO Hotel Cave City KY

This stay was the worst ive ever had at a motel and we go once axmonth for the past 7 years. There was no wifi in the rooms. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. I checked out the same night i checked in. I tried to tell the management the problems and i was basically told they didnt want to hear my problems.

Stay away! Stay away stay away!!!!!!!More than what I’ll say here if ur gay stay away they try to get you and your boyfriend & lover, husband!.whatever u got you won’t have them long!.there all up on you and your partner .$100 deposit for a shit hole for a night!. And no no no!.

Our stay at the hotel was really quite nice for one night. I was cold throughout the night because they only had one blanket and I didn’t wanna trouble the front office for another one. But the front office Bobby and Ishi Social media were super cool and I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with them and getting to know them. I will stay there again, but probably in the summer when I could use the air conditioning! Lol

The most dirty and scary place I have ever stayed. It’s super scary and creepy. Dirty all over nothing works even shower, bed, refrigerator, tables, floors are super nasty wow.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s just an older place so can’t expect something super nice. The room wasn’t bad. Served its purpose. Unfortunately I did see a roach upon arrival in my room.

The white guy with one bad eye obtained my cell phone number from the reservation paperwork, and texted me from his personal number asking if he could perform sexual favors on me. I never responded, told the second hotel employee, and nothing was done. The following day, the white guy with the bad eye knocked on our door twice and said “house keeping”. Why wasn’t this guy fired, and why did he think it’s okay to knock on our door the following day? I reached out to Super which is who we booked through, and they wouldn’t help me. I then reached out to Oyó customer service and they also will not offer an explanation or apology or refund. I do not recommend staying here for obvious reasons, and I do not recommend booking through Super. I am disgusted and embarrassed, and now ashamed bc nothing has been done. I gave the chance for some resolution before posting my google review. I also see Oyo is responding to most reviews on Google, but haven’t responded to mine. The issue is completely being ignored by all parties.

I really liked how friendly the staff was!! My 3 children and I stayed for 2 weeks and they actually had conversations with us. They let us know that if we needed anything to not hesitate. It felt like they actually meant it, some places you can just feel the attitude of not actually caring for the guests. NOT HERE, It was an awesome stay we enjoyed ourselves, and had good conversations!! My kid's and I will definitely be going back for another stay 😊😁

The property manager was very friendly. The location was good.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Crawling with roaches. Absolutely NOT what was advertised online. I paid for the King suite with pull-out couch and was told that room wasn't even an available room and I got a queen room for no money back.
