"Lovely hotel in a tranquil location"

The location is great, right by a lake with a pier out into the water. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the guest lounge. Our bedroom was on the small side but the bed was very comfortable.

We would have appreciated a wider breakfast selection, some fresh fruit would have been really good.

Beautiful location - right next to a lovely pond with an expansive lawn with trails. The lodge was spotless and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful too-lots of choices.

"A most incredible property"

I can't think of any other hotels than can include the use of a lake, including kayaks and paddleboards, or the use of telescopes for stargazing in their list of amenities. All without an upcharge. Amazing! The entire property is exceptional. In fact, in all my years of booking hotels, I have never come across anything of such a high quality at such a reasonable price. The owner is very welcoming, as are all of his staff. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay.
