Gruga Apartment an der Messe

Lage war perfekt!

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet mit vielen schönen Details

Leider war die Wohnung nicht ganz so sauber. Von kleinen Krümeln unter dem Tisch, Staubflusen unter dem Bett und in den Raumecken, staubig auf dem Bettrand. War sehr offensichtlich, leider wohl nicht für das Putzteam.

The apartment is comfortable, very close to public transportation, the Messe, and a lively restaurant/shop area

The service person is very (and unreasonably) argumentative; after I booked and got confirmation that I would be able to check-in late, he wrote when I was already in the airport, waiting for my flight (so just a few hours before check-in) and pretended me to pay immediately to a bank account communicated via message; which was clearly not requested, and probably discouraged, by Booking. Not to mention that he would have got the wire transfer 2 days later anyway, so totally useless. Tough discussion, but in the end the apartment was ready and easy to check-in when I arrived. And of course I paid regularly when he showed up, as instructed by Booking; but may be a loyal Booking customer does not deserve this …

Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer waren angenehm und die Lage zur Messe sehr gut.

Das Bad war aus der Zeit gefallen und unangenehm.

Nos gustó el apartamento, su ubicación y la dotación.

Nos ha pillado una semana de mucho frío y la calefacción es bastante precaria. En la ducha no funcionaba el calefactor . Avisé el primer día y el dueño me dijo que era cuestión del mando a distancia y que lo cambiaría. Ni lo hizo ni nos dió otra solución.
