I only stayed one night 01/02 sep and left the flat for reasons communicated to booking com and to the owner. My emails were sent non-stop to the relevant booking.com services but were ignored. The photos on booking.com showed a higher standard than I found and the location was poor, even the taxi driver could not find the place and I walked 3 hours at night unable to find the flat. This was my business trip related to our company's charter flights to Malta with tourists, and my client - one of the biggest tour operators in MLA decided not to meet me on site. After the first night I checked out immediately, I notified the owner who agreed with me about the standard and suggested I stay as an no - show, but I reported all this to booking com. asking for my room to be released to other guests and the owner asked for the same, so far without result. The management of this apart studio informed me 05 SEP that Booking.com still had not cancelled my booking, and Booking com again ignored this. In any case - now my company expects a proper refund for the unused consecutive days. The management of this studio suggested to contact in this matter directly Booking com, and we sent our claims many times up to now.

Everything is good, especially the location. Adapters are already prepared for us. :)

Only the toilet is a little bit small, but it doesn't affect to use. :)

The staff were kind. And caring. They even came and help me to take my luggages to the upstairs. Kitchen was clean, good and big enough. The apatmwnt size was ok. There is a good size refregirator. There was a street parking space

It was second floor and I had to take my luggages to upsairs. The bathroom was so small. The decoration color was not good. Kind of tease me. You don't feel relax with that color. There were no carpet. And the room could be more clean. The color also doesn't give you cleaness feeling.

They had plug adapters for all our chargers They have a beautiful roof terrace They let us check out a bit later cause we had an evening flight back Kitchen was fully equiped, we even had water ready for us

Great location and flat with windows and balconies. Owners are kind and very helpful.

It would help to explain the electrical system, and best to leave the wifi on permanently. We didn't get it connected until the last day because the little switch for the modem was so hard to turn on, but finally I managed with force. The toilet is very weak and the bathroom situation right next to the bed isn't ideal, but overall, we enjoyed the flat and we were happy to be there.

We loved the location, beautiful church and yachts moored around the corner where the seashore begins. Date Art Cafe near the apartment is a great place for a breakfast. You can easily go to Valletta by boat or take a bus to the beach. Apartment design was okay, I appreciated the blowdryer and AC.

Even though apartment looked pretty overall, it felt a little unkempt. Floors and linens weren't squeaky clean, the kitchen had only one knife, no salt. There was a mosquito repeller but no cartridges for it, and you're gonna need those because there are mosquitoes bothering you in the evening. For the evenings the illumination was dim. Wasn't a big deal for me, but the bathroom is small, after taking a shower your way to the toilet and sink is wet and slippery. Maybe a rubber mat could help. So I thought the place needed some extra love and inspection from the hosts...

Great location, near the ferry stop, nice bakery and restaurants nearby

Very good location, ferry was few minutes away. Very spacey rooms, there was big kitchen. The bed was king size, very nice. AC worked perfectly, temperature was good. Silent location. TV had a lot of channels.

There were few things, that we didn't like. There was no hot water in the shower, even early in the morning. And the toilet and shower was in the same space, very small, and everything was wet when shower was used.

Very nice appartment. We like the decoration inside. Big thanks to the host’s timely responses to our demands.
