The air conditioning did not work.

It was perfect

A little ruff but comfortable, I got a good night sleep and enjoyed the pool/hottube

This property is convenient for an overnight stay in Park Falls.

Quiet and quaint hotel - excellent customer service.

Very nice good food and staff.

There was a broken window. So we could not open it. Yet there were rooms on our floor that weren’t occupied. Why give us this one. Plus toilet wouldn’t stop running. Little disappointed

The room was spacious the beds were amazing slept like a baby in fact the baby slept all night long Nice pool to swim in and hot tub Staff was so very nice We will be back

The room and facility itself were not bad, cozy rustic Northwoods charm. The significant negatives were the shower head, it was more a nozzle that felt like a llama spit on me for the brief duration i could stand to shower under it. The room doors have huge gaps under them, so any noise outside the room was amplified. There also was a huge bitter cold draft coming from the windows, but no ability to change thermostat to keep myself or my kids warm overnight.
