near to shopping centers, not far from central station, location is okay

the room was not cold enough, air condition wasn't working when we entered the room, we asked the staff again about it. The smell of the room was disgusting, we need to open the window for proper ventilation,(like cigarette smoke). upon checking-out, nobody at the reception area.

A lot, sadly… The staff was rude, and I was given a single room even though I had booked a double room. The furniture was not clean at all. The woman at the reception was particularly rude and repeatedly told me, “You don’t understand,” which I found completely unacceptable. I asked her to send me an email confirming that I had received a single room instead of the double room I booked, but she said she was busy and couldn’t do it at that moment. Overall, this was the worst stay I’ve had, and I was very disappointed with both the service and the condition of the room.
