La locación, serca del aeropuerto

La tasa del baño esta rota, no se nota mucho, pero cuando te sientas y levantas sientes un pellizco, y me di cuenta que está rota.

I am so confused as I stayed a week ago at this same hotel and my room was fantastic clean and comfortable. The receptionist last week smiled and was kind and helpful. This is the reason I rebooked however that was not my experience this time.

This week a different receptionist that didn't smile once and was very serious and cold forward. My room the blanket was torn old and ratty and very cheap feeling. The pillows were long huge king-size that were not comfortable as I had to crane my neck and just ended up throwing the pillows off the bed. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and had to keep the door closed at all times and plug my nose when in the bathroom as it was a putrid smell of septic not to mention there were lotions and other shampoos from another motel that must have been left by the previous guests as it had a different motel name on it. This overall feeling of this trip was like staying in a cheap motel which was completely different from my room that I had last week (same type and rate)

La limpieza, primero nos dieron una habitación en el piso 7 que tenía un olor muy desagradable, nos cambiaron la habitación por una en el piso 5, mucho mejor en cuanto a olor, pero en si la habitación no se sentía limpia, cabellos en la cama, sábana desgastada.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the personnel very helpful. The shuttle driver was perfectly on time at the airport. Thank you

Necesitaba transportación al aeropuerto muy temprano en la mañana, por lo que me decidí por este hotel. Se encuentra a pocos minutos y cuenta con transportación al aeropuerto gratuita. El proceso de check-in fue muy ágil, el personal muy atento. La habitación se encontraba muy limpia, la cama muy cómoda, poco ruido y bien iluminada.

La TV simplemente no encendió.

That they have airport ride on the hour, and have to wait and then is crowded

We had a very early morning flight and took the hotels shuttle. Very convenient.

All good.
