Posizione luminoso e tranquillo

Interruttore luce sfondato richiesto intervento per poter accedere la luce in bagno. Televisione appeso al muro di cartongesso in modo precario e sintonizzazione canali tv senza ricezione se non canali Rai. Riscaldamento solo tramite climatizzatore con pompa di calore. Spazzolino bagno rotto Rubinetto lavoro gocciola. Cuscini fatiscenti Camera matrimoniale ma una sola sedia. Obbligo di smaltire i rifiuti in modo differenziato ma non ci sono sacchetto in camera. Non per essere puntiglioso ma la manutenzione non è adeguata per l'importo pagato per il soggiorno. Se Buking continua a sponsorizzare questo tipo di servizio, mi vedrò costretto a cambiare piattaforma. DELUSIONE TOTALE.

"OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITÀ-PREZZO"

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, vicina alle tangenziali ed alle autostrade; il parcheggio gratuito; sopra un bar-caffetteria ed a ottimi ristoranti e trattorie della zona. Mi è piaciuta la pulizia ed il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Forse sarebbe ora di cambiare i materassi.

Bagno senza riscaldamento solo un condizionatore ad aria calda nella stanza con il freddo non è il massimo. Pulizia da stare un po attenti trovate varie ragnatele sui muri.

Grandezza e luminosità stanza, riscaldamento, posizione logistica

Dotazione camera e bagno scarna, bagno maleodorante accensione luce bagno estremamente scomoda. Pulizie da migliorare ( ragnatele svolazzante e simili)
