Radisson RED Hotel London Heathrow

Horrible stay . Had to change rooms twice due to buzzing noises , very dirty rooms . Fire alarm also went off .. move to another hotel . Promised a refund which never happened

Handy being so close to airport.

After initially making a mistake and arriving at the Radisson Blue Hotel and then walking to the Raddison Red which was only a ten min walk , however it was 1.30am and I was hot and tired , and had 2 heavy suitcases to pull whilst my daughter held the handheld bags . In retrospect I should have called a taxi , but the R Blue did make sound very close . Anyway after finally arriving at the correct hotel , I was pleased to see the entrance and lobby and reception were cleaned to high standard, and the art work in the different areas in and around the lobby were awesome. These included 3 British Telephone Box’s ( full size ) which was a great ( insta pic , especially for tourists , but also a nostalgic Brit ! Also just off to the bar area there is a wall with Amy Whinehouse , the Beatles ,Elton John and other famous musicians with either pictures or records representing them ! I spent a while looking at them shortly after arriving at the hotel . As previously mentioned I arrived quite late , and had an early start in the morning to catch a flight to Toronto with my daughter . I was aware I need to be at the Airport for 9.15 am . After getting to the hotel and getting into our gorgeous double room ,On the ground level . The room was eloquent, modern , and very clean. This is one of the best rooms I’ve had near an airport for a night stay over . The shower was great ,all Shower stuff included . We left on time, after a morning wake up call , getting a taxi was a nightmare though

Great hotel but tight for parking.

Handy for T3

Perfect pre or post flight stay. The facilities including gym, sauna, steam room and pool were perfect to get over any flight stiffness. Will certainly stay again.
