スタッフの方が 親切にしてくれた

Location is really good and it is so near to BIFF shopping street and food outlets. Room is perfectly clean although it is small. The reception area and rooftop are big common areas and nice to relax or work on laptop with unlimited foc coffee.

I did not expect the "shared bathroom" is actually the shared bathrooms and toilets in a common area. A bit inconvenient to move around and kept on locking or unlocking room doors each time when using it. Maybe for a single room guest is fine.

10/16～10/19でスタンダードダブルルームに２人で3泊しました。ここに決めた１番の理由は立地で次にお値段でした。アメニティやシャンプーコンディショナーボディシャンプーほぼ揃っていて大満足でした。ただお部屋が少し狭くて２人同時に大きいスーツケースを広げられなかったです。まぁ１人づつやれば問題無しです。とにかく大満足でした。また利用したいと思いました。

今回は5回の6人部屋に宿泊しました。 洗面所では、下に落ちた髪の毛をそのままにして出ていくので不快でした。 洗面所やトイレの床を拭けるようにモップが置いてあればいいなと思いました。 部屋はきれいで快適に過ごせましたし、スタッフの方はとても親切でした。 ありがとうございました☺️

The room is quite tidy, but it is a bit dusty and we found hairs at the corners. The surrounding environment is nice. It is close to the tourist area, with all the restaurants and shopping places. Also, the location is good for traveling and sightseeing in Busan, it situated in the middle of many tourist spots.

日本語が話せるスタッフがいて、とても親切に対応していただきました。部屋はきれいに掃除もしていて快適でした。

The room are big and high class, and the toilet and facilities are all very nice.

駅からも近く買い物にも便利でまた利用したいです。

ホテルを一歩出たら沢山の店舗があり 便利でした。 エレベーターは一機ですが、すぐ来ます。 フロントは7Fです。コーヒーのサービスがありソファも気持ちいい。 スタッフは日本語が話せて親切でした。 お部屋の掃除が行き届いてないのとシャワーを浴びたら床がビショビショになるのが難点です。 近くに空港リムジンバスの停留所があるのですがコロナ後運行してませんでした。 空港から海雲台までは運行してて利用しました。 立地がとにかく良かったので大満足のホテルでした。
