Immaculate! Comfortable, great staff.

We were in a room on the interstate side and it was noisy.

Good breakfast. Very clean. Good shower

The bed was a little too firm for me.

We booked a room for three adults. Upon arrival, the hotel staff said they would only give us a single king room, no fold out couch, no roll away…even though other rooms were available that would accommodate 3 adults. Yes, we booked via Hotwire.com for three adults and we expected a room to accommodate our group of three. The woman checking us in became very rude and condescending. I wasn’t asking her to change anything about our booking just to honor the reservation confirmation to accommodate three adults. Her response was that the bed can accommodate three people depending on size of the people! Unbelievable. She proceeded to call her manager when I pressed for a room to accommodate the proper number of people and spoke very poorly to and about me. The manager did come down. I asked if she thought the way the other woman spoke to me and treated me was acceptable. She would not acknowledge it as unacceptable. I had Hotwire on the phone and asked for another location which they easily and pleasantly did, ensuring a room to accommodate 3 adults. We got a great alternative and even saved $9 with the change in locations. I am a long time Marriott member since 2005, and I have never been treated in such a disrespectful way. I am typically very brand loyal, but I question future Marriott stays and will definitely not stay at the Fairfield Marriott in Rolla, MO.

Good spot, quiet room, not a bad price for a clean well kept hotel. And even have breakfast

Rooms are very clean. Staff is always on top of everything. Breakfast ladies were so sweet. The GM runs a tight ship with a enormous amount of live for her job, you can just tell. Everything was amazing.

Clean, bright, and welcoming. I asked for a quiet room and was given a lovely room with plenty of space. Not only that, but I was enrolled in the Bonvoy members reward program and was provided a small complimentary snack.

A little close to the road but what can you really do about that?
