Staff was nice, location was good.

Bathroom had splatters on the walls and art, someone else’s hair was stuck to the mirror, and the elevators were SOOO slow. Also, it took forever to get our car back from the valet as it appeared the texting didn’t work.

Great location, clean modern decor, appreciated the water dispenser in the lobby and the complimentary breakfast. Gorgeous lounge with a fabulous view on the 12th floor to just hang out in (no need to BUY a meal or drink). Central to Seaport attractions. Pleasant 15 minute walk to the convention center. I arrived very early, way before check in time, and they still found me a room.
