Amazing upper floor views, 12th floor is spectacular, great breakfast buffet, outstanding location. Front desk staff could be a little friendlier.

Very clean. Friendly desk and bar staff. No safe in room and no hairdryer ( one was brought to room on request). Room cleaning staff made bed and changed/straightened towels but didn’t replace coffee making items or washed cups. Had to request replacements. Left a glass which had been brought from bar in room for 2 days.

Not as good as other Hyatt hotels which I’ve stayed in. Breakfast was quite limited selection. 3/4 dishes of fresh fruit. Selection of breads and a couple of pastries. No butter but small watchers of Philadelphia cheese and grape jelly. Hot selection of as scrambled egg, hash brown, sausage and bacon bits. All very dry. Not a good breakfast.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and the location in Seaport was excellent. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained.

Parking was expensive, and breakfast options could be improved with more variety.

Hotel was ideal for the cruise terminal. It was a very busy hotel.

There was no safe in the room. Although the breakfast was included there was always a queue and we ended up just having coffee. Although there is a seating area on the top floor, there is no bar there which was pointless going there, if not to have a drink and socialise.
