Central Maisonette with Roof Terrace

Our experience was truly delightful, and we appreciate the effort and attention to detail that went into making our stay memorable. First and foremost, we would like to commend Katie and Dan for the impeccable arrangements and the exceptional quality of the property. The aesthetic appeal, cleanliness, and overall ambience of the space were truly outstanding. It was evident that they put in a lot of thought and effort into creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for your guests. The amenities provided were top-notch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the convenience and comfort they offered. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living area, every aspect of the property exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail in furnishing and decor truly showcased your dedication to creating a homely and luxurious experience for their guests. We did have a small issue in the bathrooms, for which the hosts kindly made a small refund as a gesture of goodwill. Should we have the opportunity to visit Bath again in the future, we would love to stay at this property once more.

There was a minor water clogging issue in the bathroom, which the hosts were eager to sort out at the earliest.

The location was perfect, the layout and space perfect for our celebration, 21st. Birthday my daughter, a student @Bath. Beds super comfortable. Roof Terrace a lovely feature. Home from home feel to property. Great communication with owner when needed help with access.

Ladder to upper bunk bed not secure at all. Accident waiting to happen. Damp smell in upper floor shower and utility cupboard.

I love everything about this property. The facilities, the location, everything is just amazing and perfect for a big family vacation. The town is beautiful itself. Thank you, to Katie and Dan for the awesome place.

it was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect and safe to get around Bath. me and my friends had fun on the property as well especially the beautiful view along the rooftop. thank you for letting us stay!

The location is very central. In nice weather the terrace would be amazing.

spacious and full of things to do - big tv and large sitting area stocked with games and books. clean rooms and wide range of equipment in kitchen.

heating didn’t work for the first night but this was quickly resolved by the hosts
