Spacious and clean room, quiet, convenient location, reasonable and quick laundry service

Good location close to old town. Spacious room with desk, Would have had the chance to be a great place, but check the negative section.

Due to have "iced" glass at the entry door, the room is all night well lit up. For me it felt uncomfortable and it affected my sleep. Generally rooms are badly insulated ,so you can hear your surroundings. Here it felt even worse, especially looking at the street noises.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and was cleaned with fresh towels everyday. The neighbourhood and hotel were very quiet.

The location is very close to the old citadel, but it turns out not very close to the restaurants and other amenities which are all across the river. The mattress was very firm. There is no fridge in the room.

When I went there was a massive storm and the whole city flooded, during this time the staff where very helpful and supportive during the time providing food and drinks and flashlights for when it got dark (electricity was out) they did as much as they can given the circumstances and with how easily they did it you can tell they are used to giving amazing service!

For an overnight stay it is really close to the Imperial city, a few minutes walk. We also walked across the bridge to the central area which was about 25 mins.

They forgot our breakfast and left us sitting there for half an hour.

Great location inside the Citadel walk distance to some sites. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Breakfast is good. The staff very friendly and helpful.
