The location and facilities are exceptional. Very high level of service and food. We stayed in a Garden Villa and the beachfront Villa. The Villas offer a high level of privacy and the views from the beach front villa are stunning. The sunrise is worth waking up early.

Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit der Angestellten, das Restaurant und das Gesamtbild der Anlage auf höchstem Niveau. Restaurant etwas teuer aber äußerst selten so gut gegessen. Absolut Spitze. Frühstücksauswahl lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen, das Angebot ist einfach überwältigend. Die Anlage lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer riesig.

Keinen Meerzugang und keinen Strand. Man muss sich schon ins Taxi setzen, um im Meer schwimmen zu gehen. Zugegebenermaßen aber auch nicht vom Hotel beworben. Daher auch kein Punktabzug.

The photos can be misleading as recent ocean erosion of the beach along Cha-am has swallowed the beach. So the hotel says it is beach front but there is no beach - you have a good view of the sea though!

It was easy to navigate through the property. It was also wheelchair friendly.

We stayed in a mini suite beachfront. There is no solid door between sleep area and the toilet/shower/sink, rather there were two hanging curtains to separate these areas. It could be noisy if a person uses the toilet or shower at night while another is sleeping.
