It didn’t look like the room was clean. It looked like only their towels were replaced.

The location was great for visiting Legoland, less than 15 minutes away.

The beds were uncomfortable. The pool was really dirty, things floating all over it. There were no towels in the pool area so I had to grab some from the gym. There was no bacon on either day that we had breakfast. We did not receive crib sheets after requesting them. There was no extra bedding for the pull out bed so we had to call the office to receive some, and they did not give us a blanket for that- it looked like a comforter cover.

The location was very nice. Room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast could have better hot food.

This stay was a great surprise. I booked it simply because it was the only option in the area, but it absolutely exceeded expectations—and will have me seeking out Holiday Inn Express on future trips. The hotel is bright, airy, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also a standout—especially for a 3-star hotel buffet—with a solid variety and quality that went beyond what I expected. The location is another strong point: right off the highway, walkable to several dining options, and near a small shopping center, which made everything easy and convenient. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. A couple of minor areas for improvement: the bath towels could be larger, and the pool is fairly underwhelming. That said, this was an excellent value for the price. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable option in the area.

Excellent location if you are visiting the Lego Land. The room was spacious, updated and clean. Breakfast was ok. Access to indoor pool and laundry are excellent
