The room was great and mattress was comfortable. Very quiet hotel. The only thing I did not like was actually charging my card $100 and then was informed it would be taken off in 5-7 days. First time I have ever had to deal with this when booking through hotels.com and I have been an active member.

"VERY CLEAN, GREAT BREAKFAST!"

This was an Excellent stay!! Very clean, VERY NICE Breakfast!!! Best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel! Roomy fitness center with new equipment, towels, water, ear buds. Very friendly staff, always checking to make sure you have what you need. I WILL Stay here again!!

"Room and property is great"

I stayed with my parents and two dogs in a 1 king/2 queen room and the room was huge and very clean. The property is nice and well kept and has PLENTY of space to walk dogs. The breakfast was ok when it was stocked, but they didn't put anything else out after 8am each of the three mornings we were there. Had to scrap to get yogurt, ran of of waffle batter and syrup every morning, apple juice was out every morning. We realized after we got back home that we had left a pair of shoes in the room. I know this is our fault, but the hotel did nothing to help see if the shoes were still at the hotel. I called, emailed and filled out a form on ileftmystuff.com (this hotel is on the site, so I assume they use it) and no one has made an attempt in almost two months to contact me about the shoes. Also, hardly any of the staff speak english so there is going to be a language barrier. Just after 12am our first night there, some tornados come through the area and were less than 5 miles south of the hotel with warnings going off. The hotel did nothing during this time which was strange to me. What if a tornado hit the hotel?? Probably won't stay again.
