The WiFi in rooms did not work well, very intermittent connection only. The bathroom smelled of waste water a bit, otherwise it would have been excellent.

I had a big problem at the last night. We left a keycard in the room and we slept 7 people in two rooms, because nobody help us, nobody answer of the help phone. The phone was in the reception desk and nobody was there from 20.00 until 13.00 of the next day. That is unbelievable!! No service! I called the police, the officers came and try to find someone to help us, but the result was the same, nobody help us! Unbelievable, I try to receive a refund for the last night, but I’m still waiting!!’n
