Clean, friendly and helpful staff,good location close to downtown and the river walk is nice.

The room we stayed at one can hear every single noise due to location near elevator and next to breakfast area so every time someone drags a chair it will echo in that particular room and is hard not to wake up,other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Close enough to walk to downtown and many restaurants.

The room only had two towels and the Kleenex box was almost empty.. We had to get towels from the front desk.

"Like Sleeping on a Rock"

We enjoyed our stay except for the bed. It felt like we were sleeping on a rock. The most uncomfortable bed we've ever had. Room and hotel were very clean. Great selections for breakfast. They charge $5/day for parking and a $5 green fee which I think is ridiculous. Probably would stay elsewhere because of the bed situation which is too bad because we liked the hotel overall.
