The location was very good. 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches situated nearby. 5-10 minutes walk to restaurants and grocery shops. 15 minutes walk to the intercity bus station. 25 minutes walk to Salt Lake (where you can see flamingos during the winter)

A bright, spacious apartment, very well positioned and fabulous views of Larnaca bay

Location was really convenient, I appreciate possibility to check in a bit earlier and leave luggage for a bit longer, as well, however bear in mind there is no reception, no luggage storage in case of earlier arrival or later departure. Also good contact with property manager, central heating (AC) and stunning views from the terrace

Unfortunately the apartment was pretty dirty when we arrived, same with terrace, it was not cleaned properly, the internet in TV and second TV did not work at all, even though there was technician who came to fix that. Apartment was a bit more shabby in the reality comparing to the photos, there was mould in most of the rooms, the furniture were a bit old, and sofas were dirty, however comfortable, also lack of any tablets to the dishwasher.

The patio was as large as the apartment and a great view of the sea. The unit needs some work (bathroom smells) and the occasional bug will be seen but all in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Close to everything between two beaches and by great restaurants.

Beautiful apartment, quiet, great view from the spacious terrace overlooking the see, convenient location half way between Finikoudes and Mckennzie beaches. We were 6 adults and had a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend it.
