マンションの民泊という形で、フロントのようなサービスがないのでチェックインに大変苦労している外人さんがいました。私も初めてだったので不安でした。慣れている人達にはいいのかもしれません。設備を壊したのではないかと疑うような連絡をチェックアウト後にあり残念でした。

There basic amenities are there. It is a little bit old though and to enter the shower area, there is a high step up. Can be quite dangerous for older people.

Water heater makes a loud engine sound each time the hot water tap is turned on. Only washer available, no dryer

Very near to the Sapporo Station with about 7 minutes walk, nearby have FamilyMart and 7-Eleven convenient stores. Short walk about 8 minutes to nijo seafood market. The room is good and facilities are enough. Owner is very kind to wait for our late arrival on the video call to provide us the pin code to access the room.

The photo about the room is very limited and some are unrelevant. Should have exact photo of the room and also prefer to have the floor map. Overall is good except the cold air was coming in from the exhaust fan and the heater need to manually turn off the ECO mode in order to make the room warm for the whole night during winter season.

Very dated apartment If stay more than 2 people and need to use the sofa bed then the coffee table is too extra, makes it very tight to move around cos there is 2 big bean bag.

It is a bit of walk from the main station but the price makes up for it. The room was clean and amenities were great. We stayed with young kids but if it was for adults, the distance to the station would not have been an issue. Overall, satisfied and would recommend.

Convenient, quiet location close to the train station and has a rental car shop right in front. Three stars only because of the extremely hard beds, thin mattresses and thin pillows making sleep very uncomfortable. Same goes for the sofa. If the hosts improves on that matter the place will become a 5/5 stay.
