The entrance automated door was not working and no one was picking the emergency phone. I had to wait for 20 minutes for some other guests to show up from the inside and open for me.

Emplacement tout près de la de centre-ville

La chambre était extrêmement petite pour deux personnes. Pas d'eau chaude le matin. La lumière de salle de bain avec détecteur de mouvement s'étend pendant qu'on se douche. Le ventilateur de toilette très bruyant tourne pendant 15 minutes après qu'on quitte la salle de bain. Les matelas des lits ne sont pas confortables et quand on bouge sur le lit ça fait un gros bruit. J'ai passé une mauvaise nuit.

Well equiped, clean and perfect location.

Came back from the Christmas party around 1am. Couldn't get in to the building because for some reason door was not working with your app. I spent few hours trying to get in. I called your customer service and lady on the phone supported me and she was very nice. I was also half reimboursed for this issue which is good. It was very bad experience not being able to access the building I travel a lot in Europe and stayed in many hotels for my work but this happened first time.
