Near railway station and convenience store at hotel.

The staff did not reply to my message. Hotel room has no shower gel and toilet paper despite that we came in after mid night. Usually I will stay at holiday Inn for their service. But when I checked in, the counter service staff was not friendly and only gave us one room key. Outside the lift, I saw people throw cigarette butt and rubbish. It was unslightly and not cleaned. And the corridor has smoking smell.

"Convenient for Changsha Railway Station South"

The room is very comfortable.

Staff are a bit indifferent. Their English is not so good so communication is a bit difficult although they did try to use translator App to help.
