The hotel staff were beyond accommodating. Very friendly and they could speak English which made things even easier for us. The hotel is right next door to the ramen museum and only a block away from the shin-Yokohama station. It was perfect for our group!

施設の所為でも何でもないですが、隣接する駐車場から盗難防止のクラクションが夜中何度もなり続けたのが煩わしかったです。 ホテルの接客や設備には何も問題なく、それ以外は快適に過ごさせていただきありがとうございました。
