My reservation was canceled at the desk. BeCuse they dont accept chime prepay cards. But they took the money off of mt direct express card.total $212. Butneeded a other $50 so I had it put o. My chime no deal. They canceled so I would really like to have my money reimbursed to my card .

We really liked the location in relation to Sutter Health Park. It was easy to access off the freeway and it felt very safe. Everything was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. We felt comfortable letting our kids be themselves

This is not in relation to the actual hotel but with the booking process, I didn't like that it restricted me from booking the room that I wanted with 2 adults and 2 children. My husband is 6 ft 7 in and needs a King Bed and we would fit fine in a room with a king, couch and trundle but the website wouldn't allow me to do that and kept only giving me the option of the 2 queens.

The staff were incredibly rude to me and were not going to allow me to stay in a room that I had already paid for. Upon arrival, I used the same bank card I used to pay for the room and they weren’t going to accept it. It was not a prepaid card. It was a real card with a Visa logo. So then, after an incredibly rude back and forth, and me letting the staff know that I drove two hours with my family to this hotel, they finally said we could stay in our room. All of that just to let us stay in the end? No thank you. Ruined our weekend. I chose this room because of its proximity to the Good Day Sacramento TV studio, which is where I was going the next morning to appear on TV and this incident with rude, snobby staff really put a negative cloud on what should have been a wonderful trip. As a person a part of media, I’ll be advising all of my friends and family to not stay here. To be treated like I was less than a person by the staff was not a good feeling. And to had them threaten me that they were not going to honor my reservation, that again, was already paid in full, was so crazy. They were willing to put my family and I out on the street with nowhere to stay. Insane. Never staying here again.
