- Smell! Upon entering the apartment, there's an off-putting smell of dampness which one could get used to with the airing of the room. However, every time upon returning to the apartment, the smell was intensely noticeable again, especially if the windows were not left open. It might have been the smell of the carpet in the room. - The carpet had stains and a smell of dampness - I would suggest throwing it out or having it professionally cleaned. If you don’t have slippers, walking on it even in socks is off-putting. - We stayed for 3 nights but were only provided with one coffee capsule per person. Similarly, the amount of shampoo and shower gel was not enough for the entire stay; perhaps it would be worth adjusting the quantities of these products according to the length of stay? - The towels were washed, but you could smell that they must have been left damp for a long time before washing. Unfortunately, this smell stays on the body. It's said that trying to eliminate it with a lot of fabric softener might help, but it might not be sufficient.
