Their newer hotel concept is incredibly well thought out—they’ve truly considered everything you need to feel at home, even during longer stays. A special mention to Nina Baratta, who is, without question, one of the best hotel sales professionals I’ve ever worked with. One moment that really stayed with me: we had a client traveling to Montreal for medical treatment who needed to bring their cat. Not the easiest request… but the team didn’t hesitate.
