"Hôtel très confortable pour séjour en famille"

La chambre est spacieuse et confortable pour un séjour en famille (4 personnes), incluant une cuisine bien équipée pour manger à la chambre. La piscine est très belle et le petit déjeuner offre des options variées. Le personnel est vraiment charmant.

Le divan-lit est correct pour des enfants, mais on y sent vraiment beaucoup les ressorts, il n’aurait pas été possible pour deux adultes d’y dormir confortablement.

"Nice place, good location if not wanting to stay downtown and nice amenities and staff."

Very professional and welcoming staff Suite became available shortly after arrival despite initial delay Nice pool experience for the kids Convenient kitchenette, especially helpful when traveling with children Good room cleanliness overall Helpful and friendly breakfast staff who assisted with identifying allergen-friendly foods Free breakfast was a nice addition Paid parking was convenient and accessible throughout the stay Good location, depending on planned activities in Montreal Would recommend the hotel and stay again

Room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time Pool water was cold Had to request additional towels for pool use Only 4 towels provided despite booking for 5 guests Multiple calls were needed to receive an extra towel, which arrived late (after 10pm) Shower head appeared dirty and needs proper descaling/cleaning
