距離拱北口岸有一點點距離，大熱天時行嘅話有少少吃力。但酒店附近很多食肆，又有便利店，很方便。酒店房間隔音有點差，聽到酒廊的聲音。但房間很乾浄，康前台職員服務也很好

Hotel is so nice and room is so confortible,there is a two kind of pillow ,i like that. Room is so clean and all towel is New and soft . And there is a iron and iron table i like thats Location also good ..when i come zhuai again i will stay here.thansk 🙏

İ arrive to hotel around 8.3 PM .but on reception nobody know English,only one guy know but so less. Have to improve . And breakfast is not enough for EUR people ,for asia people is good but for others not enough But its ok...

Hotel is located very close to a lot of nice Restaurants with good food, and all hotel staff are very friendly, especially Jay, as he is both helpful and well informed of the surrounding. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.
