Good location, easy to get inside, I booked a small room for myself only and it was just perfect. Everything brand new and very very clean. I will definitely be back to stay again !

Was Mis-sold.. the room Was in the the Terence house next door. No parking at back. Car parking only on side of road till 8am the next morning. Room was over looking a roundabout with heavy traffic. Needless to say we didn’t stay.

Nice modern room, good location, great carvery across the road. Easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable with Tea/coffee making facilities. Access code to enter the property was easy. Tastefully furnished. Clean and powerful shower with separate bathroom which worked well for us. The beds were comfy and the room was nice and warm.

Parking was not easy, right at the end of the road a long walk in the rain with bags. The room, although modern was damp with obvious patches on the walls and ceiling where paper/plaster was peeling/bowing and the bed next to the wall got damp on the sheets due to the proximity to the damp wall. Our room was on the top floor and had a very low alcove ceiling in the bathroom which you had to be careful not to hit your head on. The single beds were quite short.

Misled information no parking back entrance stairs very difficult to enter outer door did not lock no furniture on decking just stools when we arrived at 3.15 cleaner was still in the room. Seemed a rush clean was very dusty and did not smell pleasant cobwebs on ceiling and air vent in shower very dusty found TV controller under sheet in bed saw no staff .

Very very small bathroom. No staff. Wooden steps .made me nervous while carrying a suitcase
