Easy access

Communication was great, instructions for parking, access & the like were concise & accurate, no problems with finding the place & getting to & into my room.

No negatives from me, as a check in process goes it was functional & basic but everything was considered & catered for

The hotel as a whole and location as someone who lived in Southend until very recently appreciated where it is mainly the beach and seafront as well being close to Westcliff station which was ideal for me

The entry and room key system (me being a certain age who is forgetful) although I totally see why it's in place,it's a personal thing which won't stop me returning to the hotel later on this Yea5

Nice and clean inside and out , a fair size room .

Could have do with noise reduction windows as traffic is heavy and could hear the music in the pub next door. Also the light in the bathroom could stay on as long as you’re in the room . I was in the shower and it went out , I had to call my wife to open the door so I could continue to wash .

The tv did not work throughout the whole stay even though it was brought to the attention of the staff on the Friday evening

Steps to the entrance v steep and quite narrow to carry bags up.

I was particularly pleased with the cleanliness of the accommodation, the good value for money, and the convenient location, I would definitely stay there again hoping my next-door room would be more considerate to not make so much noise.

I was dissatisfied with the level of noise from the neighbouring room, as movement and activity were clearly audible, which affected the overall comfort and sleep during my stay.
